The Black Wealth Network allows its members to invest in African American managed mutual funds through a financial services provider that understands and can address the unique needs of the Black community. Research has shown that African Americans have largely been left out of investing and wealth building opportunities due to a variety of factors, including financial barriers, lack of education and awareness on financial matters, and lack of diversity in the industry.
